While they are partners in crime, they both keep secrets from each other: Gilo has a whole cave of gems Jeltar knows nothing about and Jeltar has a whole lot of little trinkets hidden in his space pocket (visor).

- He uses his hook as a "fishing hook" to pickpocket people's pockets, often selling the goods before people even realize something has been stolen.
