While quiet (and a bit scatterbrained), Kiera loves finding beauty in natural things. It's quite common to see her entranced by a sunset, or staring up at the night sky.
One night, she came across a lone, terrified Pooloon. They seemed very out of their element (literally. What on VailOre are they doing off of Petribank?)
It luckily didn't take long to earn the Pooloon's trust, and they've been friends ever since.
